Latest set of images. I’m really, really, really loving creating stunning black and white photographs. A lot can be said and argued for color, but I feel that black and white forces us to really pay attention to what makes a good photograph. Most importantly, shape and contrast. Anyway, the sky decided to play nice and produce my all-time favorite clouds. And, boy, did it ever produce! I happened to glance up at the sky, noticed the clouds, and instantly knew that, not only did I need to head over to my favorite location – the Village Creek Drying Beds – to shoot them, but that I would be shooting for black and white. Below are my two favorite examples, along with the best color representation, just because seeing this sky put me in such a good mood!
